I have been a full-time agent since June of 1979, assisting buyers and sellers -- both owner-occupants and investors -- with residential and land purchases and sales in Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado Counties. The years have given me an extensive and practical knowledge of the many and varied communities in our metro area.  If I feel I cannot serve you well in a particular area, I will refer you to someone who can.

Professional Philosophy

I strive to  deal with my clients honestly and to put their interests above my own.  I believe my job is to not only help them find an acceptable property or secure a buyer for their property, but to guide them through the legal requirements and obligations involved in the real estate process today. To in general, help them navigate what can be a stressful time with as little stress as possible.

I grew up in the Midwest in Waukegan, Il, just north of Chicago. My first career was 15 years spent as a junior high and high school teacher, including 4 years in a fruit company school in La Ceiba, Honduras. I now make my home in "Lincoln Hills," a Del Webb Community, in the fast-growing little city of Lincoln in beautiful Placer County. My housemates are 2 cats and 1 "perfect" dog.
